Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on wigs, hair units, lace products, or any hair-related items once purchased.
Orders are processed Mondays–Friday, excluding holidays.

Our ready-to-wear units come fully crafted, with the hard work already done. To achieve a seamless, personalized look, you may need to:

The foundation is complete—personalize to your taste to make it flawless on you.
Can I still glue it down?
Yes. The adjustable band provides security, and adhesive is optional if you prefer additional hold.

Length Disclaimer
- Styling affects visible length:
- Curled styles may appear up to 4 inches shorter
- For a 24” curled look, select a 26”–28” unit
- When in doubt, choose longer for curled or layered styles.
- JB Luxe Wig units are pre-styled and ready to wear.
- Minor variations may occur due to the handmade nature of each unit.
Additional customization is optional and done at the customer’s discretion. JB Luxe Wig is not responsible for damage caused by alterations, chemical processing, heat styling, or improper installation. All ready-to-wear wig sales are final.

A: No. Our units can be worn without glue using adjustable straps, combs, or elastic bands. Glue or adhesive is optional.

Expertly crafted using soft Nappa leather, this essential style molds and moves with you to keep you comfortably on your feet all day (and night). This boot uses leather sourced from a Leather Working Group-approved trader.
