1. Order Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
- Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.
- During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly extended.
Customized wig Order Processing Times
All customized wigs are made to order. Please allow up to 14 business days (2 weeks) for processing before your order is shipped. This time is needed to customize, construct, style, and quality-check each unit to meet our luxury quality standards.
Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
Important Notes

All customized wig orders are final sale and cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged once production has begun.

Delays may occur during peak seasons, promotions, or due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience as luxury takes time.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.
- Standard Shipping (Domestic)
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping (Domestic)
- Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
- International Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days
- Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing times.
- Estimated delivery dates do not include processing time.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
4. Shipping Destinations
- Jettos Beauty currently ships to:
- Domestic: All regions within the US and Canada.
- International: Selected countries worldwide.
- If we are unable to ship to your destination, you will be notified at checkout.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
These charges:
- Are not included in our item prices or shipping fees.
- Are the customer’s responsibility.
- Vary by country and local regulations.
- Please contact your local customs office for more information.
6. Wrong or Incomplete Addresses
Jettos Beauty is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to:
- Incorrect shipping addresses
- Missing apartment/unit numbers
- Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information at checkout.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is marked as Delivered, Jettos Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
8. Order Changes or Cancellations
To modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes cannot be made.
