NO RETURN / NO REFUND POLICY
At Jettos Beauty Wig Shop, all sales are FINAL.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on wigs, hair units, lace products, or any hair-related items once purchased.
Please review the following carefully before completing your order:
• All wigs are thoroughly inspected and quality-checked prior to shipping or pickup.
• Wig colors, textures, lengths, and styles are described as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or customization.
• Once a wig has been worn, altered, cut, styled, colored, or removed from its original condition, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
• We are not responsible for dissatisfaction due to personal preference.
Exceptions:
Only in the rare event that you receive the wrong item or a factory defect (not caused by wear, installation, or customization), you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and/or videos for review. Please contact us at jettosbeauty@yahoo.com. Approved issues will be handled at our discretion.
